What is Integrative Therapy?
Integrative Therapy is an approach which uses a wide range of different counselling and therapeutic models and theories. The advantage of this is that the therapy is adaptable to you, rather than you having to fit in with it. I offer one to one sessions, which are fifty minutes in length, although longer can be negotiated if you feel you would benefit from this. The sessions are tailored to you and your needs or preferences so that you can really get the most out of each and every session. 

Counselling and Therapy is an empowering, safe and supportive space where you can explore yourself and your lived experiences without judgement or consequence. This can lead to a greater understanding of yourself and your own personal development. It can also help to highlight possible changes you wish to make and support the process of overcoming challenges you may have faced and ultimately healing from them. 
What does this mean for me?
I will work with you collaboratively, utilising the my skills and knowledge to weave a therapeutic process together that is entirely tailored to you and your needs to get the best results for you! The therapeutic space I am in, is a safe, secure setting so you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour’s freely and begin to look at what you want to keep and what you may like to change. I am always in the same space to provide consistency for you in your sessions.

I provide a non-judgemental, uplifting and empowering environment from which you can flourish, develop and grow personally and professionally. I conduct sessions via Video Call, Telephone Call, doxy.me or Microsoft Teams . I also offer sessions to clients via WhatsApp or email if you prefer messaging rather than speaking/phoning/video etc. 

I am truly passionate about the work that I do and ensuring that my clients achieve their potential. I will work with you, as an individual, utilising my skills to ensure that the service is tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

Counselling is a fluid process and it’s important that you are in control of how your counselling progresses, I work closely with my clients to ensure that they are empowered and able to use the new skills learned, in their everyday lives. I provide one to one sessions to ensure that the service can be unique to you.

For counselling to be most effective, you need to be 100% comfortable with your counsellor so take your time, choose the person who feels right for you!
