Integrative Therapy is an approach which uses a wide range of different counselling and therapeutic models and theories. The advantage of this is that the therapy is adaptable to you, rather than you having to fit in with it. I offer one to one sessions, which are fifty minutes in length. The sessions are tailored to you and your needs or preferences so that you can really get the most out of each and every session.
