Reiki Healing 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation, stress reduction and is known to promote healing too. It focuses on channeling positive energy through the body using a none touch technique, hovering the hands over different parts of the body. It is none invasive and can be tailored to an individual's preferences (for example, if you do not wish certain areas to be hovered over, you can discuss this with me and we can work to ensure that you are comfortable throughout the session). 

Reiki can be provided face to face, or you can email or telephone to request a distance session. 

It is important to note that Reiki is an alternative holistic therapy and is not a substitute for conventional medical care, although it can compliment other therapies and medical care approaches.
